The hotel offers a convenient location close to the airport and a quiet beach. The rooms are new and spotless, equipped with basic facilities. The staff is quite helpful and provides a passenger electric car for free to go to other nearby places.
The breakfast options were not diverse and served with terrible quality.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel close to a beautiful beach that was perfect for a swim. Loved that I could rent a bike right there in the hotel. The staff was always friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a good wifi connection, which was important to me.
The area around the hotel was under construction, which was a bit of a bummer. , some of the staff didn't speak much English, but it wasn't a huge problem.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with unique design features like mood lighting. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, just a short 5-minute walk through the Novatel Hotel.
The hotel is currently situated within a construction site, which was noisy and not very relaxing. there were limited amenities in the area, such as restaurants and convenience stores.
